COTA to Host Two Public Meetings to Discuss Proposed September Service Changes, Income Assistance Program
The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) will host two public comment meetings to discuss proposed service changes that will begin Monday, September 5, 2022. The meetings will be held on Thursday, May 19 and Tuesday, May 24. COTA customers and community members can learn about the potential changes and provide feedback during these sessions.
COTA will also provide information, answer questions and gather feedback on COTA Income Assistance pilot program, which provides qualifying customers with a 50% discount on fares using COTA’s new digital payment system.

COTA makes changes to its service three times a year, on the first Monday of January, May and September. This includes schedule adjustments to improve travel times, modify service, as well as construction-related route changes.
